Bank collection refers to entrusting a bank to collect funds on its behalf. Different payment methods have their own characteristics, and attention should be paid to the characteristics and drawbacks of each method. Choose the appropriate payment method to avoid risks.
 
3. About designating shipping companies
 
It should be noted that if the shipper wants to use LCL(less than container load) shipping for sea transportation, it is advisable not to specify a shipping company. Because LCL(less than container load) shipping for bulk cargo can only be operated by freight forwarders and cannot be directly operated by shipping companies. The source of goods for freight forwarders has significant limitations, and using a designated shipping company may not meet the requirements of the designated shipping company for freight transportation. This risk requires special attention from everyone.
 
4. Precautions before shipment
 
Notes before cooperation: Before cooperation, everyone must understand where the destination port for goods delivery is, and confirm that there are shipping/freight forwarding companies that can transport goods to these ports to avoid unnecessary trouble.
 
Notes before delivery: Before delivery, it is necessary to measure the weight and volume of your goods. If you are not sure about the weight or volume of your goods, you cannot check with the freight forwarder in the future. If there is an error, you may need to bear the risk.
 
5. Complete customs clearance documents
 
Attention should be paid to the completeness of customs clearance documents, mainly the certification documents for special items and whether there is any infringement. It should be noted that any branded product without an import and export authorization certificate provided by the brand owner is considered infringement, and the goods will be detained by customs. Therefore, attention should be paid to the brand issue of the product.
